This morning, our team participated in a training session at our warehouse. CEP is always prepared to provide ongoing safety training as needed for our job sites or team members!

ABC of Central Florida shared more about the Young Professionals group in the latest issue of Building Central Florida, and we see some familiar faces! The article featured CEP's own Anna Munzberg Rodriguez and Kaitlyn Cardwell, who coordinated hole sponsors at the annual golf event with the collegiate group. Go Kaitlyn and Anna!

The CEP team recently completed a successful safety job walk with Balfour Beatty at one of their sites. At CEP, we believe safety always comes first. After all, it's one of our core values! Balfour Beatty shares this value, and it's always a pleasure working with such a great partner.

We had a wonderful time at our 1st annual Family Fun Day! It was a great day getting to enjoy spending time with our families and coworkers. We also announced our Employee of the Quarter – Bobby Briante!

CEP's CEO Debbie Rodriguez had the opportunity to speak at the 2024 Women in Business Summit. She served on a panel with the topic "Investing in Florida's Future: Collaboration as a Catalyst for Economic Growth" with several incredible Florida women leaders. Debbie was able to shine light on growing Florida's workforce through several initiatives including registered apprenticeship programs! The conversation continued after with attendees, and it was a great experience.

Today we're throwing it back to when CEP CEO Debbie Rodriguez attended the event by Orlando magazine in recognition of her selection as a Women of the Year Honoree. Congrats again, Debbie! We are thankful for your leadership.
