This means borrowers can buy more of a house with minimal down (as low as 3% for conventional 1st time home buyer and 3.5% for FHA). Conventional requires a 620 credit score and FHA we can go as low as 500.
We also have NO INCOME loans for self employed borrowers, retired borrowers, and borrowers with assets.
