Batch cooking is great way to save time throughout the week...
I like to throw a bunch of my favourite nutrient dense foods into the oven and have dinner ready an hour later-- not to mention a handful of tasty meals for the next few days. Set it & forget it!
Here's a pic of leftover wild sockeye salmon and fresh green kale both doused in coconut oil-- just slice up an avocado and a handful of olives and lunch is ready in seconds!
