ALL payment for professional medical services are due at the time of the visit. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice from your appointment time and date. If your appointment is missed because you're unable to keep the scheduled appointment, you are subject to a $10 fee. If any balance remains unpaid, you will not be able to receive services until the fee is paid in full.
