ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages team of inventory controllers • Plan> Develop> Implement> Refine> Manage processes to optimize inventory control across all FC • Oversees qualitative & quantitative inventory movements across all warehouses, PAN India • Controlling and verifying the inventory levels by conducting regular physical audits and reconciling with system data. Lead investigations to determine root cause and action items associated with variances. • Processing returned goods and ensuring all return processes are correctly and efficiently followed • Overseeing safeguarding of warehouse stocks by establishing procedures and protocols for proper storage and fulfillment practices • Develop and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement of inventory controls. • Maintaining warehouse's layout and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilization • Liaise with Operations and Finance functions to ensure organization has an effective process to manage inventory and reduce variances. • Managing fulfillment staff: recruit, train, assign, monitor task & appraise job results

2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience as an Inventory Manager (5+ years) • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices • Proven ability to implement process improvements • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases • Leadership skills and ability manage staff • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration (or related)

PREFERRED SKILLS MS Office, with good PPT skills

ADDITIONAL NOTES Seeking a strategic-minded, hands-on manager to own our inventory processes and controls. The Inventory Manager will be a critical member of the team that will help drive positive culture change for our inventory processes. This position will be responsible for managing our inventory controls, performing cycle counts, and leading the physical inventory performed at the site. This position will also play a key role in managing relationships with internal support groups and in the development of inventory strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce variances.
