Since starting about a month ago, we've discovered a just-starting-to-fail furnace, fixed an about-to-quit RO system, found the previously-burst pipe that prevented a spigot from working, replaced dozens of water and HVAC filters (some of which had never been replaced before), and had one false alarm about a terrible spill in a basement that was actually nothing to worry about. Point being: we pay attention to details for our clients that might cost a little to repair in the short term, but may have dodged thousands worth of headaches and repairs in the long term.
