คิดค้นนวัตกรรมบะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูปเสริมไคโตซาน
ลดขยะจากเปลือกกุ้ง
ถ้าให้พูดถึงความเก่งและศักยภาพของเด็กไทย เชื่อว่าไม่แพ้ใครในโลก เพราะล่าสุด ทีมวิศวะมหิดล นักศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภาควิชาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หลักสูตรวิศวกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์นมและเครื่องดื่ม ในชื่อทีมชริมพ์นี่ ถือเป็นคนรุ่นใหม่ไฟแรงได้คิดค้นนวัตกรรมบะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูปเสริมไคโตซานจากเปลือกกุ้ง ครั้งแรกของไทย จนคว้า 2 รางวัล ในการแข่งขัน SCG Bangkok Business Challenge และการแข่งขัน PTTEP Teenergy Innovation Challenge
โดยนับว่าเป็นอีกหนึ่งทางเลือกอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ เพราะบะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูปถือเป็นอาหารที่คนไทยต่างก็คุ้นเคยและเป็นที่นิยม เพราะมีราคาถูก ปรุงสะดวก ใช้เวลาในการทำไม่นาน ประหยัดเวลา แต่หากรับประทานเป็นเวลานานอาจส่งผลเสียต่อสุขภาพได้
ซึ่งในการคิดค้นนวัตกรรมนี้ขึ้นมา นอกจากจะช่วยลดปริมาณโซเดียมในอาหารแล้ว ยังลดปริมาณขยะเปลือกกุ้งจากอุตสาหกรรมประมง นับว่าเป็นอีกหนึ่งผลงานระดับชาติอันน่ายกย่องชื่นชม เพราะไม่ใช่แค่ลดปริมาณขยะจากเปลือกกุ้ง แต่ยังส่งเสริมด้านสุขภาพ มีรสชาติอร่อยและอยู่ในระดับราคาที่ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงได้อีกด้วย

Our Homemade Shrimpney, Shrimp shell premium instant noodles😋

In TechBite Incubator 4.0 Cohort, I am working with Shrimpney closely as a coach in TechBite 4.0 cohort. They are developing a novel instant noddles that incorporate unused shrimp shells and extracted chitosan. Shirmp shell contains essential amino acid, low sodium (as less as 500mg), and protein.

The most amazing thing is that this startup is founded by 3rd years’ students of Mahidol University. I am really amazed to see the professionalism and dedication in them to make Shrimpney successful even after they are busy with study, and internship. I wish them all the best for upcoming TEDFUND event and TechBite event.
