Really excited to try their new formulation for menopause! My daughter loves their menstrual cycle supporting herbs that support the 4 phases 💗
‘Harmony’ is clinically proven to help ease symptoms of peri menopause, it works by working with your cycle and giving you targeted adaptogenic support at the right time, in the right dosage. But what if you no longer have regular cycles?
The latter stages of peri often bring irregular cycles, until they stop altogether, and you enter menopause. Symptoms such as anxiety, disturbed sleep, achy joints, and more can peak during this transition, so if you’re already there and you want some natural support, we have great news; Freedom is launching next month. Just like ‘Harmony’, ‘Freedom’ is clinically proven, and you don’t need to be having regular cycles to use it, in fact our medical Herbalists have created a daily support that will support you right through the final stages of peri all the way through menopause.
Freedom is a targeted blend of medicinal mushrooms, herbal adaptogens and functional foods carefully selected and blended with professional expertise. The synergistic ingredients are clinically proven to reduce peri and menopausal symptoms, as well as supporting the cardiovascular system, bone health, regulating blood sugar, reducing inflammation, and supporting good sleep. Freedom can improve energy and vitality and promote healthy aging.
Freedom is just around the corner!
Great oppprtynity to take part in some perimenopause research x
🔥13 women gathered around the fire in the woods today, sharing stories, wisdom and support for each other as we go through the transformation of menopause.
🌳We were held by the beautiful setting of The Glade, by mama nature and by the company of good women with open hearts
We dove into the Map of Womanhood and the 9 sacred rites of passage that we go through as women (with gratitude to Eartha Love for bringing these teachings into my life🙏).
We looked at the 4 stages of peri-menopause and what's happening with our hormones during this time of our life (with gratitude to Nicole Jardim - The Period Girl and Lara Briden - The Period Revolutionary for bringing these teachings into my life🙏).
And we started exploring the first 2 (of 5) stages of menopause - Separation and Repair (with gratitude to Red School, Alexandra Elizabeth Pope and Kate Codrington for their teachings, wisdom and coaching as I navigated these stages of menopause myself🙏).
🌿Our nervous systems were lovingly tended to by a forest bathing session led by my dear sister Emma Capper
💕And we rested together
Some words shared by the women include
🌟Life affirming
🌟Nourishing
🌟Inspiring
🌟I feel Expansive
We meet again next month and will do a deep dive into female anatomy, holistic pelvic care, navigating s*x & relationships in the menopausal transition, and to-HRT-or-not!

There will be blood: women on the shocking truth about periods and perimenopause The menopause brings an end to menstruation – but in the lead-up, many women experience periods that can disrupt their lives and careers
🌳 I am so enjoying collaborating with my dear friend and Forest Therapy guide Emma Capper on these Menopause & Perimenopause Support Groups in the woods 🌲
Our fourth walk is this coming Saturday morning. We'd love you to join us ❤️
Rooting, grounding, tuning into your intuition and wise knowing.
Releasing stress, receiving nourishment, coming to place of rest and stillness in the presence of others held by the magnificence of the woods.
“The forest bathing walk with Nisha and Emma was just what I needed in the midst of my peri-menopausal roller coaster. I felt deeply held by a combination of nature and human support. The session was gentle and powerful at the same time, leaving plenty of space for each of us to find what we needed, meander and just be. This was topped with an empowering vision of what menopause can be and simple, good company of women.” Agata Krakewska - walk participant in March 2021

Forest Therapy for Perimenopause & Menopause Support.
I’m delighted to be offering another of these beautiful, restorative sessions with my dear friend Emma Capper this Thursday 25th March on the Dartington Estate in Devon, UK.
“It was so nourishing to join with women in a similar life phase. To be held by Emma and Nisha and the woods was so soothing to a nervous system in transition. I left feeling seen, heard and having witnessed the beauty and potency of women in this stage of their lives and the possibilities ahead. Highly recommend taking a walk in the woods with these wise women.” Helen Jacoby, walk participant in February

Hello dear people, we are in the midst of such uncertain times with the corona virus, and I am aware of very many events being cancelled around us. Several people who have booked are now worried if the event will run and if they will be able to come. Some people that want to come are not sure if they should book. So I've taken the decision to postpone the Perimenopause workshop - I will run it in the autumn, and I am just liaising with the venue for a new date. For everyone that has booked, I will give you a full refund, and I hope you'll be able to come to the new date. I'll keep you posted.
Many of you will know that I'm due to take a sabbatical from May - September, so my last public event is my talk at Plymouth Red Tent on Saturday 21st March, titled 'How to Prepare for Perimenopause' - it is suitable for all women, but *especially* women in their 30's & 40's who haven't yet entered perimenopause. At this point, however, I am not 100% sure that the event will run - I think all we can do is stay responsive to the changing situation. I will post updates here.
Such a big teaching in living with uncertainty! love to you all # #
