I experienced my very first earth quake!

This past weekend, I traveled to Los Angles to attend the CFJ Coaching Success School. At the beginning of class we discussed housekeeping which included what to do in the unlikely event of an earth quake.

Not long after we were given instructions, the floors rattled. I wasn't sure what the faint movement was until the same classmate that instructed us on what to do during an earth quake confirmed a 4.2 magnitude quake about 60 miles from our location.
