Kinda of a Big Deal

In honor of Women in Construction Week, we’re highlighting some of our awesome female customers, women from the Cat Dealer Network and from Caterpillar.

Kristina Blankinship is Rental Sales Representative at Yancey Rents - The Cat Rental Store . She manages existing accounts within her territory all while prospecting and visiting job sites to help Georgia Grow! Kristina always tries to find a way to say “Yes”. Her customers know she will jump through hoops to make it happen for them and they can always rely on her.

Kristina was born into the construction industry. Her dad worked in the industry her whole life, so it was natural that she would follow in his footsteps. Her favorite thing about the industry is that you get to learn something new every day.

Her advice for women considering a career in the Construction Industry: Have no fear! You can do anything a man can do if you put your mind to it!
