Turkish Bread
INGREDIENTS
8 Β½ cup flour(1,1kg)
1.7 cup of warm water 400 ml
1.7 cup of yogurt 400ml
1 tsp salt
1 pack dry instant yeast 10 g
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Β½ cups butter 60 g
METHOD
Stir in flour, yeast, yogurt, salt and water. When you have obtained a fine dough, coat it with oil, covered with transparency and leave the amount of dough in a dry and warm place.
After the dough comes in, oil your hands, separate the dough from the pan and divide it into eight balls, which are also kneaded and left to stand for 15 minutes.
Roll each dough ball into a circle and bake on a heated pan.

PITA PIZZA - Pears & gorgonzola ππ
The recipe that you loved last year is back and I must say that it's to my great happiness too! These pita pizzas are a must Β§'
For 3 pizzas:
-3 pita breads
-2 pears
- 150g of gorgonzola
- 6 cases of ricotta or natural Greek yogurt
- Liquid honey
-Salt, pepper and Provençal herbs
-Olive oil and balsamic cream
- A handful of nuts
β’ Steps:
1/ Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
2/ Grate the pears with a mandolin to obtain thin slices like in the video.
3/ Spread 2 cups of ricotta or Greek yogurt on each pita then add the pear slices. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with Provence herbs.
4/ Add a drizzle of honey and 50g of sliced gorgonzola per pizza.
5/ Finish with a drizzle of balsamic cream and a few nuts if you wish.
6/ Bake for around 15 minutes, monitoring, the pizzas are ready when they are golden brown and the cheese is well melted. Serve immediately!
POTATO CHURROS π
Ingredients:
400g mashed potatoes
2 eggs we will use only the yolks
50g corn flour
15g grated parmesan cheese
15g mustard
Salt
Ground black pepper
Oil
Preparation:
1. We count on having mashed potatoes prepared and that we have reserved the 400 grams necessary for the recipe.
2. If this is not the case, you can prepare the puree without adding the water from cooking the potatoes or the liquid cream, since we want a puree that is as dry as possible.
3. Mix the puree with the egg yolks (failing that, a whole egg), the corn flour, the grated Parmesan cheese and the mustard.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir well until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
5. Fill a pastry bag with a star nozzle with it and let it rest in the freezer for 10 minutes so that it takes shape.
6. Meanwhile, fill a frying pan halfway with oil and heat it over medium-high heat.
7. We drop strips of the puree onto the hot oil, gently to avoid splashes and burns.
8. We turn when the bottom is golden and fry on the other side before removing.
9. Drain the excess oil and serve immediately.

250 grams of spaghetti

Preparation
GRILL the tomatoes, onion and garlic; Remove them from the comal when they are completely golden.

ADD tomato puree, chicken broth powder and salt; cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
MIX all the ingredients for the meatballs except the vegetable oil; Shape the meatballs into the same size and brown them in a hot pan with vegetable oil.
REMOVE the meatballs from the heat and place them on kitchen paper; Add the meatballs to the chipotle sauce, cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
PLACE water with grain salt in a pot, when it is boiling add the pasta and cook it for 20 minutes over high heat; the pasta and add it to the chipotle sauce.

Preparation:
