At , life could be worse!

What a difference a year makes. Last year at this time I was in a coma. The first three pictures are what my back looked like before surgery. I broke a few of the rods in my back and one slipped down into my pelvis. It was like that for well over a year, figured I should finally get it fixed. The surgery went well minus the whole coma thing.
The forth picture is what I looked like while me and Death were in locked in battle. Death is one tough son of bitch but I don't think he knew who he was in the ring with. Predator 1 Death 0.
The last picture was at a music video shoot I was in earlier this year with The Samurai Warrior" Ken Yasuda". I'm feeling damn good and ready to kick some more ass.

Only fell down twice and only got lost once on the way the gym, and all before noon. One year ago today I was in my first week of my three week comma, the back feels great, I just need a new shoulder now. As far as I can remember this is the best I've felt in 15 years. Here's to one year of being sober and getting stronger, go have a drink for me!

I understand Miesha Tate is single after 15 years. I'm single after 20 years....coincidence? I think not....July UFC Expo Las Vegas, lets do dinner, you're paying, your checks were probably bigger than mine. We could make super babies, my looks and your fighting skills, how can you say no to that?

Went cloths shopping for the first time in 20 years yesterday. Today I'm taking applications for big breasted blondes (college educated is a plus) to help me out, my fashion sense sucks. Applicant must also have all her own teeth, preferably not removable. Shopping is not the job for me.

Just got off the phone with Scott Ferrozzo, it's great reconnecting with old friends. It feels like just yesterday I was training him for UFC 11.

Thank you everyone for your concerns, however I was just joking about being homeless. I said I was homeless as far as my Ex-wife knows, apparently no one heard that. I'm fine really, I have plenty of money, well, had actually, I now have half of what I had. I lost half of my money and a good looking blonde. I don't need any financial help, I do however need a blonde or two. If you have an extra blonde or two I'll gladly take those from you. Keep your money, send the women!

I was honored to meet so many great people last night at Bellator 170. Hell I even got a picture with Kazushi Sakuraba. I was having such a good time talking to everyone I forgot to watch the fights....I heard they were pretty good though. If we've taken a picture together post it in the comments where and when it was taken.

My record officially improved to 22-9. Death took a lot of people in 2016, he tried twice with me, and failed both times. I'm not going anywhere, how's that for a Predator's Prediction?

I have been invited by the UFC to be at their Fanfest on July 10-11 in Las Vegas. I still haven't received any tickets or an itinerary...hmm. Maybe some Englishman is pulling a prank on me?

Soooo, The night before the fight Don and I are out on the town and unbeknownst to Don I get in a fight with 7 unlucky sobs. I have dispatched of 5 and their unconscious bodies are strewn about. Don finally saunters up to street level. The two remaining recognize Don ...but not me

and go screaming of into the night like a couple of pansies. Don gives chase, the two screaming fruit tarts jump in a cab (thinking their safe) Don punches through said cabs window, goes to grab a pansy and gets kicked in the face (look at the eye). We spend the rest of the night in jail taking pictures and signing autographs for the popo,...there is more to the story but i cant say — with Jr Frye.
