📢 Menopause Mandate Survey Results
New Menopause Survey Uncovers Gaps in Support for Women in the US and UK.
Menopause Mandate, chaired by Mariella Frostrup and Naomi Watts, surveyed nearly 20,000 women across the US and UK, revealing some serious gaps in healthcare, workplace support, and overall menopause awareness.
Though women in both countries share similar struggles, the survey shows that women in the US are facing even bigger challenges, especially when it comes to accessing healthcare and getting support at work. There’s still a long way to go, but this survey is helping to bring these issues to light!
Our survey of 20,000+ women from the UK & US reveals the immense impact of menopause on daily life.
➡️96% of women report symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, and weight gain.
➡️72% of US women have no workplace support, while 39% in the UK have access to a menopause policy.
➡️Nearly 1 in 5 women between 40-60 feel their careers suffer due to menopause.
It’s clear: We’ve got work to do, but the change starts here. Let’s keep raising awareness and pushing for better support! 💪
