.eated with Hey friends 🌈 this is another loaded for one of our old favorite sides of mushroom risotto! This is using a riced cauliflower but you could also use miracle noodle rice instead 🍚

To make this you need (1-2 portions):
8 ounces button mushrooms 🍄
1/2 purple onion 🧅
1 bell pepper (we took a piece of each color) 🫑
1/2 cup mire poix veggies 🥕
Ancestral fat for frying 🧈
2 cups cauliflower rice 🍚
Salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder 🧄
Optional: 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husk for a starchy feel
Your favorite herbs 🌿

How to:
Start by heating up the of your choice in 2 pans, you can use if you can tolerate it or a neutral oil like 🥑
In one pan, fry the thinly sliced red onion, in the other, the mire poix veggies 🥕
When those are browned, add in the diced bell pepper into the mire poix pan and the sliced mushrooms into the onion pan 🍳

Let everything come together and season both with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder!

Combine the pans and add in the riced cauliflower! Let it all cook for 5-10 minutes, season if needed and optionally add the psyllium husk for texture and additional !
This dish goes well with grilled salmon or trout, roast chicken, meatballs, or even with eggs sunny side up 🍳 and lots of avocado 🥑

Błyskawiczne danie jednogarnkowe . Nie uwierzycie ale łącznie z przygotowaniem zajęło mi to całe 20 minut. 
A użyłam do jego zrobienia szybkowaru od

Nie wiem czy wiecie, korzystania z szybkowaru AMT skracacie czas gotowania potraw nawet do 70%, a także oszczędzacie energię i zmniejsza cię zużycie wody, co w obecnych czasach jest bardzo ważne oraz oszczędność energii a także wody co w obecnych czasach jest bardzo ważne. Dodatkowo, produkty przygotowane w szybkowarze zachowują więcej wartości odżywczych w porównaniu z tradycyjnym gotowaniem

Dziewięciomilimetrowe dno sprawia, że garnek utrzymuje ciepło przez długi czas a powłoka Lotan  umożliwia smażenie bez tłuszczu. 

Dzięki szybkowarowi zrobienie takiego dania to dosłownie chwila. Sami się przekonajcie.

4 udźce z kurczaka bez kości i skóry
2 łyżki mąki
Oliwa
1 czerwona papryka
1/2 cukinii
4-5 ziemniaków
7 pieczarek
1 cebula
2 ząbki czosnku
700 ml passaty pomidorowej
500 ml wywaru rosołowego
Sól, pieprz, ziele angielskie,liść laurowy
Majeranek.

Udźce z kurczaka kroimy w paski lub w kostkę . Mięso obtaczamy w mace i wrzucamy do nagrzanego szybkowara z odrobiną oliwy. Przesmażamy i po chwili dodajemy cebulę z czosnkiem. Gdy mięso się zarumieni wrzucamy resztę składników.: pokrojone w kostkę ziemniaki, paprykę, cukinię , pieczarki. Dodajemy przyprawy oraz passatę z wywarem. Szybkowar zakręcamy i po 15 minutach danie mamy gotowe do jedzenia.

Credit Low-Carb Roasted Veggie ‘Pizza’ 🍕⁠

𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 𝙗𝙮 ⁠

𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 🔪⁠
2 zucchini, sliced into half moons⁠
16 oz mushrooms, slice into large chunks⁠
2 bell peppers, sliced into strips, halved⁠
3 small crowns of broccoli, sliced into large florets⁠
olive oil⁠
salt and pepper to taste⁠
Parmesan mixture:⁠
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated⁠
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour)⁠
3 large cloves garlic, minced⁠
2 tsp Italian blend seasonings⁠
salt and pepper to taste⁠
Assembly:⁠
1 cup marinara sauce⁠
10 cherry tomatoes⁠
1 small red onion, sliced⁠
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese⁠
olive oil⁠
Garnish: fresh basil + chili pepper flakes⁠

𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 🔪⁠
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Spray your large-rimmed baking sheet with olive oil. Add your veggies to the sheet – it doesn’t matter if they overlap. Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 20 minutes.⁠
Parmesan mixture:⁠
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.⁠
Аssembly:⁠
After the veggies have roasted for 20 minutes, remove them from the oven and toss them to mix them up. If there is a lot of liquid in the pan, use some paper towels to absorb most of it. Push the veggies together to form an even single-layer rectangle.⁠
Drizzle the veggies with the marinara first, then sprinkle with the parmesan mixture all over (this helps absorb the liquids too). Next, toss on the mini tomatoes, onions, and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil and pop back into the oven for 18-20 minutes.⁠
Top with an optional garnish of chopped basil and chili flakes.

🥗Tym razem z warzyw (ze względu na zapasy) jedynie pieczarki do pizzy, którą często umieszczam w planach żywieniowych pacjentów, również z IO. Rzodkiewka do serka „mój ulubiony”- bardzo lubię jego smak. Dalej kukurydza, która trafi do szybkiej sałatki razem z tuńczykiem i oliwkami. Obok passata i pomidory w puszce, suszone pomidory krojone(duże ułatwienie!), które świetnie sprawdzają się do szakszuki. Pierwszy raz pokazuje Wam również pasty warzywne, których potrzebowałam do przygotowania szybkich zestawów śniadaniowych. Jak na gotowe pasty ich skład jest całkiem ładny!

Kilka jabłek do szarlotkowych owsianek i jabłek pod kruszonką. Na promocji dorwałam letnią herbatkę do przygotowania cold brew, a z produktów zbożowych do koszyka trafiły płatki owsiane, czyli fajne źródło beta glukanów korzystnie wpływających na układ krążenia. Mieszanka lunch time do sałatki, bulgur, czyli ulubiona kasza do obiadu i grzybowe tortellini, z których tez planuje przygotować sałatkę. Na samym końcu tej kategorii makaron do ramenu-liczę, że w końcu uda mi się przygotować domowy

Dziękuję za wszystkiego życzenia dla naszego Dziubaska! W tym tygodniu będzie mnie tutaj troszkę mniej, w sobotę robimy Kajtusiowi urodziny dla rodzinki, więc będę miała troszkę dodatkowej roboty 🤭 Będzie pysznie i pięknie!

✔️Pulpety:
500 g mięsa mielonego wieprzowego,
2-3 ząbki czosnku,
1 j***o,
2 łyżki bułki tartej,
1 łyżeczka pieprzu ziołowego,
1 łyżeczka soli
Dodatkowo: mąka do obtoczenia, olej do smażenia

✔️Sos:
2 pory,
1 marchewka,
2 łyżki posiekanego koperku,
1 łyżka masła,
100 ml śmietanki 30%,
1/3 szklanki gorącej wody,
Sól, pieprz

➡️Mięso wymieszać z jajkiem, bułką tartą, przeciśniętym przez praskę czosnkiem, a następnie doprawić solą i pieprzem. Wilgotnymi dłońmi uformować niewielkie klopsy, obtoczyć je w mące i podsmażyć na rozgrzanym oleju.Przełóżyć na talerz wyłożony papierowym ręcznikiem, aby wchłonął nadmiar tłuszczu.
➡️Pory pokroić w półtalarki, a marchewkę zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach.
Na głębokiej patelni rozgrzać masło, wrzucić pora z marchewką i smażyć aż zmiękną. Wlać śmietankę i zagotować. Doprawić solą i pieprzem.
➡️Dodać pulpeciki, koperek i zalać wodą. Delikatnie zamieszać i dusić pod przykryciem około 20 minut.
