TM6: SAMBAL TUMIS SOTONG THERMOMIX

Credit recipe by

Bahan A:
1 biji bawang besar dipotong
2-3 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1" halia
30g air

Bahan B:
70-80g minyak masak
3 sb cili kisar
1-2 sb sos tiram
1/2 sk belacan (optional)
1 sk pes asam jawa

Bahan C:
1-2 sb gula secukup rasa
1 sk garam secukup rasa
300-350g sotong ditapis air

Cara-cara:
1. Masukkan Bahan A dan kisar [10sec/sp.10]
2. Masukkan Bahan B dan tumis [10min/120'C/sp.1]. Scrape down guna spatula.
3. Masukkan Bahan C dan masak [5min/120'C/reverse,spoon]

Sedia untuk dihidangkan. Selamat mencuba~ 😊

Nota:
1. Tak perlu tambah air kerana air dari sotong akan menjadikan sambal berkuah.
2. Elakkan masak sotong lama untuk elakkan sotong keras/liat.

Making Coconut Jelly Super Easy with

Tips
1. Put 2L of pandan coconut water (minimal plain water is better, so that you can enjoy original coconut water)
2. Right amount of sugar 100g
3. Use 1 small packet of agar2 powder (slide next picture)

Boil 1.5L water using kettle mode
- 4 tbsp teh green tea
- 120g evaporated milk or fresh milk
- 200g susu pekat

Homemade Fluffy Donuts for Kids - Fasting Reward Day 11

Recipe credit from IG

SUPER SOFT & FLUFFY DONUT

Ingredients.
1 yolk
160g full cream fresh milk
40g castor sugar
300g super melanger (bread flour)
1tbsp yeast (I used 1 and 1/2 tsp)
30g margerine (I used butter because I dont have margerine)

Thermomix method:
1. Milk + yolk + yeast + sugar. 20s/45d/sp3
2. Add in bread flour. 1m/knead.
3. Add in butter. 4m/knead.
4. Divide dough into 40-45g for each ball. Shape. Flatted. Make hole. Let it proof for 40-50m (depends on your room temperature).
5. Fry in med heat.

With , i can easily planned meals for my family.

11 Ramadhan 1444H

Creamy Beef and Mushroom Fettucine -
Recipe asal credit Fatin Izzati Noriskandar from FB cooking at your finger tips

100 g shallots/onion
6 garlic
100 g beef slices
50-100 g mushroom (sh*take, button /shimeji etc)
30 g extra virgin olive oil , plus extra to drizzle
600 g water
200 g whipping cream
1 tsp TM6 Homemade Chicken Stock
powder
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
250 g long pasta, fettucine is best
Parsley and Parmesan cheese to garnish

1. Chop onion and garlic 5 seconds Speed 5. Scrape down sides
2. Add beef, mushroom and oil, saute (always at 120c) 6 minutes Speed 1
3. Add all ingredients except pasta, boil at 98C 8 minutes Speed 1
4. Add pasta thru lid, cook as per time indicated in pasta cooking instruction @ 98C , Speed Reverse Spoon
5. Drizzle with EVOO, use spatula to mix. Garnish with parmesan/fresh parsley as desired

Note: Leave pasta the bowl for 3 minutes to allow all liquid to soak into pasta, or pour into 2.2L Thermoserver to keep warm and continue to infuse pasta with the creamy goodness.

Balinese Curry Prawn

Tips:
1. Make the pes early cz it takes about 1 hour to make the pes. No worries, TM6 is the one kacau2 kan.

2. Half kan ingredients for the pes, you will get 320g of pes. Next step, just use 160g pes, and the rest can store in fridge to make it next time.

3. This Ramadhan, i prefer to cook early so that I can have time to read quran. So, I choose to use my to store and reheat the food.

Mint Lemonade - Created Hacked for refreshing drinks!

➡️ Peeled the lemon skin and remove the pit
➡️ Frozen the mint leaves and lemon
➡️Replace ice cold normal water with sparkling water
➡️ Reduce the amount of sugar 30-50g, if your using soda water, recommend to omit sugar due to soda already have high content of sugar.

Optional - you may “tapis” the water if you want to omit the bits, but my preferred is eating it anyway.
