Sub : Requesting for your concern towards the Adhaar Issue in Assam ( Remove as mandatory of Adhar card for apply Assam Direct Recruitment grade 3 grade 4 job 2023 )

Respected sir ,
With due respect, I would like to draw your attention towards the Adhaar Issue in assam as the generation of Adhaar number of the person whose biometric has been recorded during the updation of NRC has been kept on hold as per the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and NRC authorities. However, Adhaar has been mandated in every Government and private services. A large group of People who does not have access to Adhaar have been deprived of scholarships, fellowships, EPF, and appearing in different competitive examination. Recently advertised posts in Class III and Class IV by Assam Direct Recruitment Commission mandates Adhaar Card in form filling for appearing in examination. Many aspirants having no Adhaar Card is deprived of appearing in examination. A large group of people have been facing difficulties for not availing Adhaar and this is definitely not their fault.

I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and take an action regarding the issue. Some documents are enclosed herewith for your further consideration.

My writ petition to release the bio metric data of the people who’s name are in NRC is listed today before Suoreme court agai. I get so many calls from people suffering from this legal issue. This is to update everyone concerned. Hope you understand that whether it will reach today and be decided is not entirely in my hands.
