Over the weekend I made Blueberry Hand Pies (https://www.pamperedchef.com/pws/mbourbonniere/recipe/Desserts/Deluxe+Air+Fryer/Air+Fryer+Hand+Pies/1621843), but made them into pockets instead. I used the Deluxe Air Fryer (item #100194) and the Hand Pie & Pocket Maker (item #100601). I also have my own pie crust recipe that I always use. Even though I still can't taste anything (darn COVID), I thought these were amazing! It's all about the texture for me and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the crust turned out with the Air Fryer!

Made pizza for dinner with some of my “vintage” Pampered Chef products… in the first pic my “vintage” batter bowl is on the left, new one is on the right. I think I’ve had my batter bowl, pizza stone and pizza cutter for at least 15 years ~ one of the many reasons I LOVE my Pampered Chef products!!! I also played around with iMovie for a bit. I think I have a lot to learn 😣 see you in the kitchen! 😉
