โจ๏ธ An intimate moment, full of love โจ๏ธ
A guided meditation with ๐
photo captured by ๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ
It's important to us as separate human beings that we work on ourselves and create a healthier inner world so that we can come together stronger, able to support and love one another with compassion, devotion and dignity. When we stand strong individually, imagine what we can do when we collide? ๐ฎโจ๏ธ๐๐
Sam arrived to this morning meditation later than me, he slipped in quietly behind me as you can see here... but what you don't see is that he was late because he brought me COFFEE!... love comes in many forms. โ๏ธ โค๏ธ๐
I kindly encourage you to join a True Nature retreat. I guarantee you will feel transformed by the end of what is a magical 3 days at The Old Flax Mil in Northern Ireland. โจ๏ธ๐๐ฎ
We are totally secluded and tucked out of the way so we can safely hold the space without disturbances and create our community of soul explorer's.
The surroundings are beautiful, mother nature at her finest with dramatic coastlines, green forests, a running river steps away from the accommodation and the crisp fresh air only N.I can deliver.
If you feel like you need to refresh your mind, free your body or connect to yourself and others, you're in the right place. Memories will be made, old mind patterns will be re routed, fresh energy will be created and joy will be found. A joy you can carry with you as you move forwards in life.
Myself, Jess, Emma and our chefs, Sam & Greg will take care of you for the weekend. Let us guide you to connect with your deepest joy and send you home full up with great food and nourishing practices. ๐๐

Yoga Friday's at Thrive are back! ๐
I am now teaching Bliss state flow at Thrive, vegan cafรจ, Norfolk st, Cambs. ๐ป
Friday's 10am 1 hour. Anybody is welcome.
ยฃ8 per session. ๐ผ
I use classic yoga postures and breathwork as a gateway for you to settle in to your bliss. We can all access that state of calm and knowing inside of us, this is what I hold the space for, to allow you do just that.
I create space for you to slow down and reset the nervous system, bringing balance back to the mind, body, breath connection. Most of us have a highly unregulated nervous system causing us to be in a state of alert mentally and physically. Life is so busy and challenging we barely have a chance to check in with ourselves, and before we can fill others cups we have to fill our own. Healed people, heal people.
So join me in this practice of slowing down, becoming present and getting into the body. We spend way too much time in our heads and this class is a supported, safe way to regulate your emotions and inner dialogue. Let the breath be your guide to moving your body into a state of bliss.

Yoga, sea swims, sauna box, forest bathing and picnic! ๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐๐ณ๐
I miss the sea so much living in Cambridge.
I am a Norwich girl originally and only appreciated the beauty of Norfolk's coastline since travelling the world for work and coming home to realise beauty is just a stones throw away!
Sooo lets replenish our souls by the sea with a fiery flow and breathwork to prepare us for our cold water swimโฆ afterwards relax in the sauna courtesy of to bring the body temp back up and improve cardiovascular funtion.
A little picnic on the beach with wholesome veggie food and then some forest bathing with meditation in the beautiful woodland area just off Holkham beach.
Cold water therapy is a practice I have brought into my life this year, taking cold showers every morning and swimming in the sea when I can.. The cold water teaches me that I am not my thoughts and dis-ease is only temporary. Impermanence!
I am able to push through a mental barrier, supporting myself with the breath and then opening up to receive the benefits of cold water exposureโฆheightened immune system, pain relief, mental fortitude and feeling invigorated and to be honest, a little bit like superwoman! I want to share this experience with you and create a beautiful afternoon where we can share, open up, and relax into nature. Taking time for yourself to replenish and restore.
This is a day to connect with yourself and others, enjoy the beauty of the vast beach of Holkham and give attention to your body, mind, breath connection. They have built a community of yogis and soul searchers across the UK and come together this May to deliver a yoga retreat filled with exploration, self inquiry and peace.
The retreat takes place among the stunning surroundings of the Causeway Coast, Northern Ireland, where wild swimming and cold water therapy collide. Sunrise yoga on the beach, empowerment circles and veggie home cooked meals are just a part of this wholesome, immersive experience.

Let's create a sacred space on Sunday evenings ๐ ๐๐
A safe space to love on our bodies, breathe and move. This space will allow you to delve into your inner landscape and really feel into sensation in the body. ๐๐
Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel is by becoming aware of our inner experience and learning to befriend what is going inside ourselves. Not judging our thoughts and emotions or trying to change them but just sitting with them and acknowledging them, then letting those thoughts pass by. Observing and letting go. ๐ง ๐
We are not designed to live in a society in which we are currently. Everything is fast paced, we are taught that consuming and reaching for external 'things' will make us happy/content when actually it makes us feel the opposite.. unfulfilled, shortchanged and not good enough. ๐ฟ๐
Slowing down is a great way to start soothing the nervous system and inviting some balance into our lives, tapping into our true nature. Focusing on the breath, with mindful movement can calm us and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our rest and digest response which can become neglected in our busy way of life, therefore causing inflammation in the body. ๐๐
I believe it is crucial for our mental health to slow down and take time for ourselves. Turning our awareness inward is so important for our general wellbeing. This practice is an hour out of your day to take care of you, your soul. This is a practice which debunks the 'norm'.. leaving the asthetic at the door and focusing on the inner work. ๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธ๐ง
Plus we get to build a community of wonderful people! As humans, walking on this earth, we all want the same thing... connection, love and to tap into our true nature; Joy. Give yourself the chance to step into fresh energy and strip back the layers of tension built up in the body and mind. Take a deep breath and relax. ๐ฅฐ๐ฎ
Come to Sundays session at 7.30pm - Bliss State Flow at CAM Yoga. Online and In studio. ๐๐
Liberation yoga in the woods! ๐ณ๐ฒ๐
Let's enjoy the beautiful colours of the autumn leaves falling from the trees while we can with a liberation flow in the beautiful woodlands. Immerse yourself in nature as we build a fire in our bellies with an energizing flow, chanting and moving our bodies to release stagnant energy and create space for fresh energy to come in. We will finish up with a mediation to find your 'Sankalpa' your intention for the winter months ahead and beyond. Wrap up nice and warm bring a mat, notebook and pen, blanket and an open mind and heart. Liberate yourself from whatever is holding you back and take a chance to let go of whatever isn't serving you anymore all in the magical backdrop of the oranges, yellows and browns of nature.
This pop up workshop will take place a few steps away from my home in Girton. Meet at my house on Saturday 20th Novemeber at 11am and we will walk over to the woodland spot together and lunch is included with this experience so please feel free to stay afterwards and enjoy that!
Please message me for more details and the address.
This is a donation based workshop as I want this to be accessible for everyone right now and enjoy the community of yoga together. ๐
Tomorrow is the day! The day I thought would never come. The Cambridge half marathon.
I've never done anything like this before and I'm anxious. I can hear that negative self talk happening again inside of me. It doesn't help that I've got a stinker of a cold because when I'm down physically.. mentally I suffer.
I had a moment today at the beautiful .cambridge I was feeling nervous.. disappointed that I'm not feeling 100% for the race and deflated from a pretty tough month just passed (how much do I want to beat myself up?) and then I just stopped, sat down in this hottub, defeated. I closed my eyes and started to BREATHE! Concious breaths.
The feeling of the water on my skin was so calming. I put my hands on my belly and took some deep belly breaths, nice long exhales. The positivity just started to come, I don't even know where it came from, I could just hear myself.. a knowing voice, telling me that I can do this.
I followed that intuition deeper and listened.
Take the pressure off. Trust in yourself. Keep breathing.
My worries feel insignificant and I start to smile. what will be will be. Something clicked and my wisdom body let me know that I will be OK.
Listen to your body, drop the ego, trust your intuition and let the rest fall into place around you.
The great benefit of slowing down is reclaiming the time and tranquility to make meaningful connectionsโwith people, with culture, with work, with nature, with our own bodies and minds.
I will be running the Cambridge half marathon IN 3 WEEKS to raise money for the charity
An awesome family run charity (which I am lucky enough to be a part of) for people affected by cancer and cancer poverty.
mum Fiona, founded the charity and after a long fight with cancer herself, she sadly passed away in February this year.
I will be running this whopper 21k in her memory along with a whole team of STLFT supporters.
Fiona was a wicked runner and has inspired me to do my best, I have given the training all I've got.
I'd never run before I committed to my place in the half marathon, always telling myself I was no good and frankly s**t scared of the thought of running a long distance like this... but now I am absolutely loving it! Who knew! It just goes to show that the stories we tell ourselves, manifest physically and we believe them.
I have really tried my hardest and I'm looking forward to the 17th of Oct where I can run for Fiona and be a bad ass just like her. So I ask you all, if you will please sponsor me and help raise money for the millions of people out there living with cancer. We all know someone who has been affected by this horrendous disease so please when you read this think about giving back to others.. even if it is just ยฃ1.
I need your support now more than ever to smash this half marathon and help so many people who need support from us. Do something selfless today and donate! The link is in my bio. Thank you โ๐ผ๐
In this moment rocking to and fro on a crescent moon, feeling relaxed, open and insipred I was hit with a quote mid convo, which was told to me by an awesome woman who took this picture.
"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift." - Albert Einstein
This reminded me to keep my creative mind alive, nurture my individuality, question everything about life and remember my purpose on this planet... to love and live in service to others.
Keep exploring yourself and let your spirit fly free!
Help people less fortunate than yourself and keep your mind and heart open to all possibilities. This social construct we live in has got it all wrong.
Basically, don't let the bastards grind you down. โ๐ผ
A spirit animal is said to be a teacher or messenger that comes in the form of an animal and has a personal relationship to you.
It is believed that you do not choose the animal, it chooses, or has already chosen you.
The spirit animal is there to provide medicine to you in the form of guidance, lessons, protection, power, or wisdom.
Shamans worldwide have relied on the guidance, wisdom, and symbolism of spirit animals for thousands of years.
Its safe to say I have been lucky enough to have been chosen by a spirit animal who goes by the name of Chief. His calm nature is so soothing and has helped me manage my anxiety by being the guardian that he is. Thanks buddy โ๐ผ๐๐
We know that trauma stores in our bodies and if left unprocessed can affect our bodily health... So what do you do to release and let go of negative emotions and sensation?
For me its yoga. Yoga is able to touch us on every level of our being... Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This makes this beautiful ancient practice an effective way to rebalance the nervous system and re-wire the brain from old destructive patterns making yoga especially helpful for anyone who has experienced trauma in their lives.
I see yoga as a healing practice that comes to us when we least expect it, lately my focus has been with trauma based yoga to heal the body and mind. Cultivating a healthy mind has been life changing for me (not to mention super challenging and a constant practice.) When my mind is clear and calm I feel healthy and happy, when my mind is chaotic and confused I feel anxious.
Breathing exercises, mediation, yoga, all these practices are my tool to help me maintain a state of equilibrium. Happiness is not dependent on external things but the ability to enjoy life just as it is.
Past traumas do not define you.. keep showing up and participating in your life every single day, staying present, being aware of what's going on with you, not trying to change anything or feeling the need to distract yourself.. peace lives within you and its always there when you want to come back home.
Happiness begins and ends with the self. ๐ผ
For anyone that needs to hear it today... You are an amazing being.. beautiful just the way you are, created to enjoy life and understand that the human condition is only the surface layer. โ๐ผ๐
Your past does not define you. Your upbringing, your mistakes, your physical appearance, your job, your house.. these things do not define the person you are at heart. โค
Your soul, your generosity of spirit, how much you care for others and live in service to others, that's what counts. These are the things that people will remember and appreciate you for.
Stay honest and true to yourself, lead with your heart and the rest will follow. Your uniqueness is radiant so let it shine through! Happy Saturday Morning Musings โ๐ผ
It feels amazing to be back teaching in the studio. The perfect way to refuel and replenish your body, mind and soul. The pod space is so unique, you can totally switch off from your external world and take that hour just for yourself to completely relax into your practice. A safe space with no judgments. I missed that sweaty blissful feeling. ๐

'We all come from God and to God we will all return' -
'Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi rajiโun' Arabic Prayer
I don't follow any religion, but I heard this prayer on a podcast yesterday and it really resonated with me. The one perennial truth of all beings, is that you will die and so will everyone else.
The thought of your own death can give you strength and clarity, it will keep you concentrated on whatโs truly important and allows you to detach yourself from the trivial fluctuations of day to day life we trap ourselves in. It's a very powerful concept when you think about it. Another reminder to stay in the present moment, we all have limited time on this earth and when you flip that thought on its head and make it a positive it can help you love life wholeheartedly.
Take a deep breath today and appreciate your life, your loved ones, nature and all beings. Basically, don't sweat the small things, think bigger. ๐
A little bit about me and my yoga offerings... ๐งโโ๏ธ
Molly loves being able to teach the beautiful practice of yoga and teaches at studios around Cambridge. As well as keeping her physically active and strong, yoga has improved her overall lifestyle.
Molly trained in Goa, India where she spent time truly embodying the lifestyle of a yogi, early morning yoga asana practice followed by meditation, her time in India deepened her knowledge around Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow, allowing her to find her natural, nurturing style of teaching.
Yoga for Molly is a healing experience. Her practice began on the mat with the postures and has gradually become so much more.
She has found an inner strength and sense of peace which she uses to navigate her through her own life and wants to help people do the same. Mollys aim is to be a beacon of positivity for her students and to keep offering classes that nourish you from the inside out. Sending the message that yoga is for every-body and we can use this beautiful ancient practice as a tool, combined with breath work, to open up our minds, free up some space in the body and find connection. ๐โ๐ผ
