Our take on Vodka Sour but make it festive ❤️
2 oz Sight Vodka
¾ oz Lemon Juice
3 tsp of pomegranate seeds
1 egg white
Simple Syrup
2 dash of bitters
Garnish: pomegranate seeds
Muddle pomegranate seeds and combine vodka, lemon juice, egg white, simple syrup & bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vicariously for 30 seconds until cold. Double strain the drink into a coupe glass. Garnish with a couple of pomegranate seeds. �
