It is with great sadness that we are canceling the Fall Festival for this Saturday. With the road closure beginning on Friday at Camp Blue Star and all the work that goes into making an event happen, we want as many in our community and beyond to be able to come and enjoy. With that being said, we will be postponing until spring.
The community center still has incoming bills for the winter...building insurance, power and gas. I know there are many in our community that have lost much during the hurricane. Please do not take from caring for your family, but if you feel led to donate, please mail checks to: Crab Creek Community Club, Inc., c/o Paula Brown, 1823 Jeter Mtn Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28739. Online giving option coming soon.
Thank you for your continued support of the community center.

๐จ Important Warning: Possible Scam Alert! ๐จ
The Sheriff's Office has been notified of a new scam going around. It seems that scammers are using the main phone number from AdventHealth to contact people, claiming they are verifying Medicare or Medicaid information. ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ๐
AdventHealth reached out to the Sheriff's Office to let us know that they do not conduct home visits for these verifications and people should never provide any information to the caller. Always verify the identity of the caller by contacting the organization directly through a trusted phone number, which you can find on their official website.
Stay safe and vigilant! Share this post to help others stay informed. If you have any doubts, feel free to reach out to your healthcare provider directly.
