Took this on demand class with Uber professional instructor Cat Com. It’s a nice 30 min free workout... safe, no pressure to perform, great nice to mix the styles up. Didn’t even mind the 2 commercial breaks.

Just finished full body weights+bands it was just as tough as Casey F was awesome! He watched our form and taught me a proper on zoom! Plus there are several live workouts an hour to choose from 6AM-9:30 PM
