Saturday was such a special day. Not only was I able to stand next to my beautiful best friends, of 28 years, side for her wedding but I also had the honor of making her wedding cake and all the mini desserts for the reception.

Lindsay and Jimmy love their dogs so much and have seen the cakes where the dogs take a "bite" out of them so that was what we decided to do. Their dog Nash can be quite naughty so I used him as the one to take the bite. They also like the naked cake look so we stick with that as well. It's fun being a funfetti naked cake because you can see sprinkles peeking through.

The mini desserts were S'mores bites with toasted meringue marshmallow and a piece of chocolate. Cheesecake covered with homemade strawberry filling. Chocolate, peanut butter cupcakes and vanilla cupcakes. And last but not least mini chocolate chip cookies.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to . She is seriously the most incredible photographer and my go to girl for all my pictures needs. I mean look at these incredible family photos. And I love to support other small businesses anytime I can!

My husband's birthday was last week while we were on vacation. His favorite thing that I make is cookies so I made him a set to take with us. I messed up on the writing a bit on the bottle but since they were just for us, I figured it didn't matter too much. Oops 😏

This was the perfect cake to make this week since we are leaving tomorrow for a week at Myrtle Beach. I can't wait for a relaxing break from real life.

Time to reintroduce myself! It's been a while.

I'm Nicole. I'm a stay at home mom and home baker. I'm completely self taught. A lot of trial and error, videos, and tutorials to learn what I know now. But I'm still learning new things all the time. I'm pretty sure I buy new baking tools every week.

My favorite thing to create is custom cakes. Which is probably obvious. I used to absolutely despise making decorated cookies but I've come to enjoy those too. I have all the respect for the cookie makers. They take a ton of hard work.

I have 3 little girls, which you've probably seen if you've been on my page for a while. They are going to make me go grey when they're teenagers. They are a handful.

I absolutely love what I do and am thankful for all of you who keep me busy everyday! We are leaving for the beach on Saturday so I will be gone for the week. I will try to keep up with messages but I will be taking the week to relax with my family 😊

The cake is vanilla cake with a homemade strawberry filling and finished with a swiss meringue buttercream. The cupcakes are lemon blueberry, chocolate peanut butter, and cookies and cream.

This weekend I had the honor of making a bridal shower cake for my best friend of 28 years. It's amazing that we can say we have been friends that long and soon enough I'll get to stand by her side while she marries her soul mate.

It was a beautiful day for a wedding. This couple wanted a special heart shaped cutting cake. Marble cake with vanilla buttercream. I love how this one came out.

This is my favorite graduation set to date! The client loved my floral cupcakes but still wanted something that said it's a graduation, so here's what I came up with.

The cupcakes are chocolate, vanilla, lemon blueberry, and orange crunch.

My big girl's birthday was back in May but she really wanted a pool party this year so we held off until June for her party with her friends. She requested all things mermaid. She wanted a Mercat cake with her as a mermaid sitting on top.

The cake is a funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream and also had an exciting sprinkle surprise inside. All the kids were grabbing handfuls of sprinkles as they fell out of the cake. 🧜🏼‍♀️🧁

I added friendship bracelets around the bottom of the cake with the names of some of the albums. Everything is fully buttercream, even the hands!
