Change Your Beliefs, Change Your Life
This page is about becoming clear about what we want to experience in our lives.
We share resources and insights to gain clarity and purpose and discover our life mission, vision, passions and interests.
Hmmm... maybe I'll try being myself even when someone wants me to be who they think I should be. ☺
As I explained in a previous post, this event is a long way in coming.
I am very excited to be presenting it with the help of Debra Dunn-Mansfield, in-person over a weekend. Previously it had been an online workshop.
I love the energy of a live event and the container it creates for change.
It is my hope that everyone who attends, will know (and like 😉) themselves better than they did before coming to the workshop.
If you know someone who is tired of living the same life every day, and is ready to choose different life experiences instead, please share the event info with them.
I can't wait to get this party started!! 😄

Things have been ramping up for me in the last month and I sometimes find myself getting caught up in the need to get everything done yesterday.
Then, my body says no. She just isn't interested.
In the past, I didn't pay much attention to her needs. I used my body as transportation for my head, to quote Sir Ken Robinson.
Learning how to pay attention to what my body is telling me, has helped me in so many ways.
My body not only communicates her needs, she also tells me what is going on in my subconscious mind by using my feelings.
I've learned to slow down and take notice.
I am so much happier, at peace and more grounded now because I listen to my body.
She's telling that a nap sounds like a great idea right now. 😃
What is you body telling you?
My business career has been a bumpy one, and my coaching business has been no different.
Looking back now, I see that all the bumps have made me a better coach and business owner.
As much as I would have liked a straight path to success, I've come to understand that you don't learn much from driving on the highway. The best sights are found by driving backroads.
So, I'm learning to enjoy the journey more, as I'm discovering how to express myself as a spouse, guide to my kids, friend and coach. I found I am intensely interested in people, their decisions and motivations.
I am curious about what what I'll be learning about myself this year as I took a step up in my business by acquiring a partner and creating an in-person workshop in March.
I'm excited to see what lies down the road for me this year and with all the stops on the way. ☺️
What have you learned about yourself recently? How is that helping you?
Some of us set New Year’s resolutions at the beginning of the year, when everything felt bright, shiny and new and there is a sense of promise and possibility. Christmas love and belonging is still fresh and warm in our hearts and opens a space of endless possibility.
Unfortunately, for most of us, this feeling doesn’t last and by February/March, we have fallen back into our old ways of being and struggle.
What if there was a way to keep living in that sense of possibility? What will life look like at the end of THIS year if our hearts stayed open and our minds alive with motivation and enthusiasm?
Here are a few ideas on how:
1. Make your goals as visual as possible
2. Imagine what it would feel like if you had accomplished them way beyond your imagining 3. Remember WHY the goals are important to you
4. Realize that you know more and are more capable than you give yourself credit for
5. Create goals that align with your values
6. Understand that everything is happening FOR you, not TO you
7. Outline your next steps
May your 2024 be a wonderful journey, filled with success and learning. What do you do to set yourself up for success to make your goals a reality?
