⭐️ INTRODUCTION TO PILATES ⭐️

Have you ever thought about trying our Yoga/Pilates Fusion Class?

We have had some feedback requesting an introductory workshop so that those who are new to this modality can learn the basics before joining a class.

So here it is.....

A complimentary 30 minute session which will include instruction on pilates breathing, spinal positions, muscle activation and foundational postures.

This Wednesday's class has been added into the Mindbody App ready for bookings. If needed we may run this session again in the future.

For any individuals that work directly with individuals that have Mental Health conditions, please feel free to come and join us at our next meeting.
I am aware that there is significant need in Gawler for a support group for people that live with and for those who support those who live with Mental Health conditions. Unfortunately, this group is for those who work with individuals. Most suited to Doctors, Nurses, Psychologists, Councillors, Therapists, Mentors.

To work towards improving Mental Health Services in the Gawler catchment, I would love for as many people as possible to complete this survey. Thank you for your time.
