Final visit this year to beautiful Bigbury on Sea today before returning home tomorrow. Still absolutely stunning in mid December!😊☀️

Stunning day here today. First visit to Bigbury since August and it didn’t disappoint! ☀️ Hard to believe it’s nearly November!

Something I thought I would never see. Bigbury beach in August, almost completely deserted, thanks to Storm Antoni. That is except for a few crazy people like us who braved the blinding sandstorm.!!

Looking forward to seeing the sun returning again…this is the view from the field next to our cottage on a good day!!☀️😎 (very soggy today though). 🌧

Due to launching late in the season we are offering a 15% discount on our nightly rates when only two guests staying (and 10% on nightly rate for up to 4 people)..for bookings of 5 + nights throughout the whole of July and August, and 10% from September onwards. Took some time out away from local beaches and ventured into Dartmoor National Park which is close by..explored beautiful Widecombe in the Moor, well worth a visit. Particularly whilst weather so good! 😊

The wisteria may have lost it’s blossom but the troughs in the front have come into their own! Thank you neighbour’s for watering in our absence.😊
