📺✨ Do you suffer from eye strain or neck pain? It might be your TV… 🤔

Positioning your TV too high or too low can force you to tilt your head up or down when watching your favourite shows, causing neck strain.

If your TV is too high, viewers will need to look upwards for extended periods - which can also strain the muscles around the eyes and lead to fatigue.

Here’s a great drawing from showing the perfect height for your TV.

PRO TIP: A TV wall is the perfect way to style a TV - you can hide the wiring in the wall, and enjoy lots of lovely storage. produces beautiful cabinetry if you’re looking for living room inspo 💕🙌

A rug is the perfect way to add warmth to your space and make it feel cosy. Here’s a great drawing from which illustrates how you can use a rug to define your living room furniture arrangement and anchor the space.
