We did it (again)! That's the second time in a row, we raised money for WOSP South Florida.
This time, the 31st Grand Finale has finished with $29,744 - 120% of the original target!
Thanks so much to everyone that has supported the fundraiser and helped in the organization of the event.

Do you vet charities before donating?
There's a difference between a 'legitimate' charity and a 'good' one. To be legit, it's enough to be registered and in good condition with IRS. To be a good one - it's worth checking websites like charitynavigator.org or give.org

We won't find better words to describe the campaign than the fundraiser author did:
"In 2006, my brother joined the Army. In 2012, he finished his second tour in Afghanistan. In 2016, while finishing up law school and with a baby on the way, he was diagnosed with cancer.(...)
Now we’re here again, trying to fight a prognosis we don’t want to believe – like so many other beautiful families of veterans on this site. I found that when you want to find the words to say, you look to others. The sad part about a site like this is the updates – the ones that say the “battle was lost.” (...)

Step 3. Go to Giveo App and choose a fundraiser you would love to support.
Step 4. Create a listing with the item you chose in step 2 and wait for someone to buy it.
Pat yourself on the back, you just helped someone in need and decluttered your space at the same time!
