we don't realize we are like fish in water they don't realize they are in water until they get taken out.
we need to remember we don't know how much pressure we are under till we take a break and unwind.
be a good friend to yourself and unwind and relax.
mental health is important.

YOU ARE A SLAVE!!!!!!!!! This is the reason you lost hope, are depressed, sad................
Society has forced their beliefs into you.
You can see this everywhere (example) "There is God" "Jesus died for your sin". "Must not eat bacon" "Must wear this religious hat" "S*x before marriage is a sin" "being gay is a sin" and so on.
Forcing beliefs means that society is part owner of you.
This also means you are a slave and you don’t belong to yourself.
Always remember you are a God. (next post will be about this). We have to 1st know that the illusions of freedom, are just that. Once we are spiritually sober only then we can achieve the highest state of being.
