The distance between our dreams and realities can often seem daunting. We may feel stuck, unsure of how to get from where we are to where we want to be. But what if we asked ourselves a simple question: What would we do if we knew we couldn't fail?
This question can be the key to unlocking our potential and putting us on the path towards our dreams. By identifying what we truly want and what we would do if we had no fear of failure, we can begin to take actionable steps towards our goals.
So take a moment to think about it. What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail? Would you start your own business? Pursue a new career path? Travel the world? Whatever it may be, don't let fear of failure hold you back. Take that first step and see where it takes you.
Color Psychology is a real phenomenon. For instance, shades of blue, black, and red are linked to confidence.
Affirmations are also a widely used confidence technique. Some to try include:
-I am competent, smart, and able.
-I am growing and changing for the better.
-I love the person I am becoming.
Also, you can start a confidence journal. Writing can give your mind the power you need to succeed. Write about being confident, why you want confidence, and how your life will be better once you feel more self-confident!

Changing your mindset can impact your self-confidence.
Here’s and example of a ‘fixed mindset’: "It doesn't matter how hard I try; there are some things that I will never be able to learn."
Here’s an example of a ‘growth mindset’: "Learning and playing sports that are challenging to me, even when they are difficult, helps to develop my talent"

In life, problems are inevitable. But what sets successful people apart is their ability to get back up after they fall. Don't let a setback keep you down. Learn from your mistakes and use them as an opportunity to grow. As Henry Ford said, "Failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently." So, dust yourself off and get back in the game!! Your next success is waiting for you.
Let's face it, who isn’t afraid of failure? No one wakes up and says I can’t wait to fail today. Everyone faces obstacles, but that’s no reason not to try.
However, these successful people didn't let failure get in their way…
Can you guess who was demoted from her job as a news anchor because she “wasn’t fit for television”? Oprah Winfrey!
How about someone who was fired from a newspaper for “lacking imagination” and “having no original ideas,” any guesses? Walt Disney.
Finally, who do you think was told by a teacher he was “too stupid to learn anything”? Thomas Edison, the inventor of the incandescent light bulb.
Don’t let failure impact your self-confidence. We all face obstacles!

Express gratitude towards others and you’ll start to see gratitude within yourself as well.

There’s no right or wrong answer here. Find something that makes you feel good about yourself and watch your confidence soar. For some it’s as simple as wearing a special outfit, maybe a new pair of shoes.
It’s not shallow to want to look nice. Feeling good about how you look is a major confidence booster. Instead of focusing on something that doesn’t fit or the extra few pounds you put on, wear your favorite color and enjoy it!
