Buttery Crumb Cake Muffins for days 🤤😍😋

This is the cake that started the whole idea of Humble Crumbles - our Signature Cinnamon Walnut Sour Cream Coffee Cake with a divine layer of cinnamon, brown sugar and toasted walnuts between layers of moist and buttery cake, thanks to the sour cream. We were sitting around and had a craving for a delicious coffee cake , reminiscent of a well known brand out of Boston focused on making classic coffee Bundt cakes - But we didn’t want to wait to get a delicious cake in the mail. So we looked up different recipes, scanned ingredients and came up with this recipe - it’s the perfect mix of butter and sweetness that just makes sense with coffee. Framily went gaga over how balanced the flavors were (not grossly sweet, actually moist and buttery like if a grandma made it) We got requests to make it week over week for celebrations or just because…more mouths kept raving about it at Family’s workplaces and complete strangers insisted on buying a slice at an annual garage sale when it was given free to loyal customers as a small token of gratitude for being repeat customers over the years. When the feedback became that consistent and replicated over and over with multiple requests and comments to sell this cake, we thought maybe we have something here 🤔And here we are now, sharing it with anyone craving a sweet treat to pair with a good cup of coffee - it was all from humble beginnings and crumbs left on the plate when this cake was served. Oh and we didn’t forget about our fluffy sticky bun fans who love “pe-cAHns” - Our Texas bred neighbor corrected our NJ “pea-cans” pronunciation because, and we quote, “why would you want to “pea” in a “can” 😳🤷‍♂️🙅 touché friend, touché. 🤺

Sugar & Spice make everything nice - no kidding! Watch the magic of how a few ingredients transform into yummy cream cheese frosted cinnamon roll pillows - and those pics don’t do them any justice!!! 👀🤤

The late great Whitney Houston said it best - “I believe the children are our future” - which is why we believe in simple, real ingredients to make our tasty (not ridiculously sweet) treats - You’re welcome parents 😉 Here’s a throwback of one of our customers’ son’s 3rd birthday party back in Feb 2023 - she wanted something that wasn’t loaded with sugar that her little one could enjoy and she felt good giving to him. So we suggested our Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcakes (kind of like if a chiffon cake and cream puff had a baby) stuffed and frosted with a slightly sweetened, Vanilla bean Chantilly Whipped Cream, topped with Organic strawberries - a certified hit that delighted adults and put a smile on every kid! 👍😃 Ask us for our kid menu where you can mix and match flavor combinations to make your birthday celebration extra special - gluten free options & smash cakes available!
