A lot of us like to skip breakfast. We do this because we usually have no appetite in the mornings and it helps us eat lesser.

Although there are no correlations between the time of day you eat and your personal health, however, the types of food you eat in the mornings tend to be a lot healthier than the foods you eat at night.

So this makes those that eat breakfast healthier than those that do not. So remember not to skip breakfast next time!

Here’s the recipe for Kimchi Fried Rice!

It’s easily adaptable to your liking. If you want more tang, add more kimchi! If you want more spice, add more gochujang and top with more chili flakes.

Don’t forget to have your protein! Just chopped up any protein of your choice (chicken, beef slices, prawns, etc) and throw everything into the kimchi fried rice.
