Started again...carefully though..
Will be injured forever with my osteochondtitis dissecans in both my elbows (2 loose pieces of cartillage) but that doesn't stop me from trying and trying and trying consciously and carrefully this time. Let's see how far I can get...
No jumping or heavy overhang anymore though.....

I have been bouldering this week...but wo/man its hot. Your performance goes down ..but it is somehow also a nice workout. Easy easy though..

Too hot today so tried some projects but nothing much done, which is totally fine...
However, this is my progress till so far. From nothing to 6b+ in 5 months, which is not even fully visible in the graph yet...ππͺπ
I climb very conscious these days for myself and my elbow. More about that later.. but I'm very happy how I climb now: conscious..aware trying.. failing..trying...letting go. Yeah!

Climbing in Berdorf Luxemburg. Lead a 4. Toproped 5s and 6as. Even tried a 6c. Next time more leading.

Climbed a couple of 5 and 6s..injured again but paraclimbing is ok on toprope. π

Some 5 abc+ and trying a 6a+ and 2 6bs. Some endurance training and a nice 5c at the end. Good session of 2.5 hours.
