🌵Hey Y'all • After 7 incredible weeks of serving barbecue - we're taking a much needed break this weekend to regroup and organize before finishing out the season with a bang. will still be serving their full menu all weekend long, so swing by for a Pines Burger and a Spicy Grapefruit Margarita under the presently changing leaf-scape of the Catskills. See you back at the Pines on October 10th ! 🌵

💙 as a nod to our friends celebrating Rosh Hashanah this weekend - we're serving up a special sandwich on Saturday - 'BRISKET ON RYE' (is this barbecue? it is barbecue.) - as well as a delicious carrot salad with citrus, chili and herbs. See y'all at at 3pm ! 💙

*️⃣ Gearing up for another Saturday at ! Hot Links were a smash hit last week, and thus, have made it onto the menu again. We've been hearing concerns from folks about waiting in line. We want you to know that we're working to expedite the line on our end to get y'all barbecue...well, ASAP. That said, waiting in line often goes hand in hand with barbecue. All meats are cut it all to order, right in front of you - and that ensures that you're getting the barbecue in it's prime. We wouldn't have it any other way; and so, encourage you to embrace the line! Bring folding chairs. Buy a beer. Meet your neighbors in line (while adhering to appropriate social distancing measures, of course). Buy a second beer. Listen to the (incidental) live music. Enjoy the day! We're all feeling so grateful to have the room to move, and be outside in the fresh air of the Catskills amongst friends and family. Thanks so much to everyone who's been out to visit us! It's been beyond our wildest dreams. *️⃣
