For the PL/DL Application, here is the step-by-step process 👇

Reminder: The deadline for the accomplishment of the Google Forms and the submission of the printed documents at the dean's office will be on 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟬𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰. Strictly, no extension of the deadline 😊

Attention Elasticos!

Before we officially welcome the second semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024, we call all elasticos who showed their excellence in the previous semester, the application for the PRESIDENT AND DEAN'S LISTER for the first semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024 is now open.

📝The requirements are as follows:

✓ Photocopy of DHVSU ID or Certificate of No ID or Photocopy of latest COR
✓ Filled up Application Form (Downloadable on the Google Drive below)
✓ Certificate of Good Morale from the Class Adviser
✓ Copy of Grades or Screenshot of your grades from the student portal

Note: To be submitted both online and face-to-face

📝The qualifications are as follows:

✓ A semestral weighted point average of:
• 1.00-1.25 for President's List
• 1.26-1.75 for Dean's List
✓ No grades shall be less than 85% or (2.0) on the previous semester enrolled except NSTP that the student needs to pass.
✓ All academic units officially registered shall be computed in the WPA including PE.
✓ The student shall carry a full-time status according to the required number of units in the curriculum.
✓ For transferees and shifters, the ruling on residency and required number of units enrolled per semester shall be used as bases for qualifying. (2 years of residency and regular number of units)
✓ The student shall not have any violations with regards to the code student conduct as reflected in the student handbook.

📝 The step-by-step process of the application is as follows:

✅ The applicant must first fill up the google form posted on the Bright Elasticos page.
Note: The applicant should take a screenshot once he/she has submitted his/her response, showing that he/she has completed the form.
✅ The applicant must compile all documents/requirements in a long plastic envelope that he/she will pass face-to-face, at the Dean's office. Each applicant will receive a stub signifying and verifying that he/she has passed the requirements.
✅ An email confirming that the applicant’s requirements are complete, validated, and that he/she is genuinely qualified to the honors program, will be sent by the student council.

❕ Important things to take note:
📌The applicant must double check his/her requirements before accomplishing the Google Form and before submitting the documents physically.
📌The applicant must comply both online and face-to-face. Failure to comply in one of the processes, he/she will automatically be removed from the list.
📌Strictly, no late submission of both online and face-to-face requirements. Late applicants will not be entertained.
