Money and your self-identity go hand in hand. You are only able to attract and receive what you believe yourself worthy of.
If you have the belief that money makes people greedy or evil, then energetically, you are blocking yourself from wealth and abundance.
Money is neutral. It does not possess the capability to make someone do bad things.
Money doesn't make you a bad person. It amplifies who you already are.
Yet, so many purpose-driven entrepreneurs keep themselves small for fear of what other people will think about them making money.
So you keep your prices low.
You negotiate your price.
You ask if they are comfortable paying you that price.
You settle for “just enough,” but just enough doesn’t get your work in front of as many people that are looking for your help.
Money is just energy. It's simply a tool. Money is neutral. It’s how you think about it and how you choose to use money.
You can love money and still be here to serve the world.
You can love money and still have a generous heart.
You can love money and do good things with it.
It's not either / or...its and.

The size of your audience does not determine your income or impact.
A lot of people think that they’ll be able to scale their business when they have a larger audience.
Of course this seems totally logical, but if you don't know how to market your offers or sell them now, then having a larger audience isn't going to help.
I don't have a large audience, and it hasn't stopped me from creating 6 figures in my business, while working full time.
It hasn't stopped me from coaching multiple soulpreneurs to start and scale their own businesses and change the trajectory of their lives.
Your audience size has nothing to do with the amount of money you can create and the impact you can have.
Your audience size is NOT the problem.
What’s missing is your ability to connect with the audience you already have.
You have to serve THEM with the valuable content, create a no-brainer offer and conduct a soulful sales flow that allows you to connect with ease.

These are all things that you can learn, so that no matter your audience size, you can create the wealth and impact you crave.

Want to know a secret?
There’s no one right way to do this thing called “entrepreneurship.”
Coming from the teaching profession, I used to hate when people told me this.
As a teacher, I was told the exact way to do something. I was told to follow a certain process because if we didn't, it would show up on our yearly observation.
I hated this aspect of the teaching profession. It stripped really brilliant minds of their autonomy and their creativity. The one thing that differentiated them from the others and made them a magnetic teacher.
And, yet I found myself replicating this mindset in my own business. I swore someone else had the magic formula. I looked for the one right way to do it.
It took me a while to figure this out, but I learned that approach doesn’t work in entrepreneurship.
I was either switching my strategy every other week following so and so’s newest method, and worse, I was doing things that just didn't feel right to me.
I had outsourced all my decisions to some mystical process that I thought was the answer. I was miserable because I had basically recreated everything I disliked about being an employee in my own business.
Truthfully, there is NO right or wrong in business. There is no singular right way.
There are principles of business that guide your decisions, but the most important thing to consider when making those decisions is whether you feel in alignment with what you are doing at that moment.
Growing your business is like an organic living thing that requires a series of decisions.
1.Be willing to try different things to figure out what works for you.
Take massive action and do one thing everyday that gets you closer to your goal
2. Evaluate Your Efforts
What’s working? Not Working?
3. Make tiny tweaks
Don’t overhaul your entire business, just make one tiny tweak and repeat steps 1 and 2.
Most importantly, give yourself time to do this. It takes time to figure out your unique formula for success and it's not going to look like anyone else’s.
That’s a beautiful thing because it will be what differentiates you from other people.

Feeling neutral or even confident with money is something a lot of people struggle with. Not because you aren’t worthy of abundance, but because of what you were taught about money.
Your current relationship with money is a reflection of your beliefs about it.
Thinking that money:
😒 Isn't spiritual
😒 Makes you greedy
😒 Is for “those” people over there

Want to increase your sales on consults?

So it’s kinda like a big deal. Like a moral obligation to show up and bring that baby into existence.
You, believing that you don’t have what it takes.

.. All limiting beliefs.
And the best news about a limiting belief is that they aren’t true.
Neither is the other stuff your telling yourself.
They are old tracks in the brain that you have been subconsciously thinking and never thought to question.
Thoughts. Not truth.
And they can be unraveled and integrated so that they don’t stop you from taking actions in your business.
Instead drop into your body. Listen in to that small vibration that just keeps talking to you.

You’ve changed your niche.
You’ve edited your “I help” statement.
You’ve dropped your prices.
You’ve asked your audience what they want from you.
Now you're confused because you keep making changes, but nothing seems to work. You’re feeling unseen and unheard and questioning whether you are cut out for being a business owner.

Potential clients can feel that on an energetic level, so they end up scrolling on by. Your clients need to feel comfortable to reach out for a consult, and they need to feel certainty to buy from you.
They will only feel comfort and certainty when you first are confident about who you help, how you work and the price you charge.
Your energy comes from your beliefs about yourself. You have to be confident and know strongly who the f* you are. Only then will your best, premium clients come running.
You have to check in with the energy you are putting out first. Layering strategy on top scarcity or lack of confidence is like putting a bandaid on a gushing wound. It's only covering the symptom, not getting to the root cause.

Making money in your business is part belief and part strategy, but there is no amount of strategy that will outperform your beliefs about money.
So when it comes to creating money in your business, there are tangible, grounded business strategies that you do, but there are the beliefs that you have about money that could be subconsciously sabotaging your ability to receive above your money ceiling.
The beliefs you have about money and your worthiness of having abundance, actually have a bigger impact on your revenue than any strategy you could implement.
Your business reflects back to you your money story, so if you are operating from lack, then you must bring light to it.
If you want to have an expansive view of money, abundance and prosperity, expose yourself to people who think like that. Normalize conversations about money by surrounding yourself with people who talk about money in an expansive way.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬. 💸
Our beliefs around money aren’t usually our beliefs. They are the beliefs we adopted listening to the way money was spoken about as we grew up.
If you want to know what your money beliefs are, look at your bank account. Look at your monthly revenue patterns.
❌ Do you love money?
❌ Do you hate it?
❌ Do you think it's greedy or not spiritual?
❌ Improper to talk about?
❌ Do you wish you had more of it?
Getting squeaky clean with your money beliefs is important because your beliefs around money are subtly impacting your capacity to earn money AND have it, whether you are aware of it or not.
Where are you out of alignment with your money desires versus reality? You can want to make a lot of money consciously, but subconsciously be running beliefs that block you from receiving it.
This is just some of the work I do with my clients as we set the foundation for their growing business. Scaling isn't just about raising prices. Your price has to be congruent with your relationship with money, or it's going to be a hard sell for you.

💸 Money is neutral. It's neither good nor bad. It's just a thing that you get to decide your relationship with.
💸 My money making power changes the world. I change my world. I teach my clients how to change their world. The world, in general, is a better place when good people make a lot of money.
💸 The amount of money in my bank account is just a lagging indicator of the value I put out in the world. It's a lagging indicator of the IMPACT I’m having in this lifetime.

Most of us learn that "failure is a bad thing," so we develop an aversion to it which ends up slowing down business growth.

A consult is a chance to sell a person on THEIR dream, not yours.
Sales calls are not about “getting” clients.
As a teacher, it’s been so disheartening to see students reduced to numbers, data points and percentages. It removes the connection that can exist between teacher and student when both are more invested in “getting things right” and hitting numbers goals.
It’s no different in entrepreneurship. It's no different as a coach, consultant or leader.
When you think that you have to get clients or get consults, you’re forgetting about the sacred trust that exists between an entrepreneur and their clients.
Clients are people.
Real people with dreams.
People who have a vision for a future they want so desperately.
It’s a chance to connect with another human being and perhaps, for the first time in their life, they share that vision out loud.
They chose you as that person.
A consult is an honor and a privilege.
A consult is a chance to sell that person on THEIR dream, not yours.

That may come as a surprise to you. I spent years hustling hard to grow my business, while working as a teacher, so from one hustler to another I get it.
I even proudly declared: “Im a hustler,” wherever I went. But that only lasted so long and I didnt have the results to show for the amount of time I put in.
So many entrepreneurs fall into the cycle of work hard, play hard, crash and burn. Hustle again. Repeat.
This might seem totally logically that the more hours you work, the faster you will grow.
This makes a lot of sense to you if you are transitioning from a career where it was literal dollars for hours.
However, this doesn't work in entrepreneurship.
All it does is leave you feeling exhausted and burnt out which results in slow growth in your business.
If you want to speed up your results, you need to rest. Not because you earned it, but because it's necessary.
When you rest, you come back with more clarity, more focus and more creativity.

2️⃣ Next, only focus on ONE task at a time.
3️⃣ Once you’ve completed that, focus on the one next best thing to complete.
One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself (and your business) is time to relax and recharge.
This renewed energy will create more joy and success than you can imagine.

𝐈 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞.
My coach invited me on her weekly facebook live to share the results I created while being in her mastermind.
She has asked me what made me sign up?
I could have told her it was her marketing, and her magnetic copy. That was part of it.
I could have told her it was exactly the area of growth I wanted in my business. It was.
But, I told her the truth.

As a young Latina, growing up in NY, I didn't see a lot of female entrepreneurs making 7 figures that looked like me. It seemed the only way to do that was by being a celebrity.
I didn't know what was available to me simply because there wasn't a model of representation for it.
It’s hard for us to become what we don’t see.
I decided I wanted to become the woman that I didn't see growing up.

Results entitlement is where you recognize you are taking action, implementing strategies, “doing all the things,” so in your mind you thought it would create the result you were after.
When you don’t hit your goal, you end up thinking that you should have.
Results entitlement is entitled thinking. It’s the result of our brains wanting instant gratification.
We do something...we want to get a result right away. We want something, we go get it now.
This is not the way entrepreneurship works.
If it did, everyone would do it.
Entrepreneurship is about playing the long game.

Entrepreneurs are INNOVATORS. We don’t look to the market to tell us our next move, we DEFINE our market.
This is such an important belief to practice from the onset of your business.
When new entrepreneurs tell me they need to find the perfect niche, craft the perfect offer that people really want, or learn the best copywriting framework, it’s often an indication that they believe their success lies outside of themselves in the external aspects of their business.
They spend lots of time studying people and doing market research, which is the antithesis of the spirit of entrepreneurship.
At its core, entrepreneurship is about innovation.
We are innovators.
We create something that previously didn’t exist in the world.
This is the opposite of the employee model that strives to keep its people “compliant,” with “best practices,” and “employee handbooks.” It's designed to have quality control at your expense.
Entrepreneurship says f* that sh*t.
Entrepreneurs know that there isn’t a rule book. They favor innovation.
Entrepreneurs DECIDE who their niche is. They understand them so deeply and are compelled to help them solve their problem. Entrepreneurs KNOW in their bones that they have the perfect solution for their clients problem, so they MAKE offer after offer.
And sure enough, the market comes to them.
This is how you create demand.
It’s not by looking to the market to tell you your next move. It’s by defining your market.
