One of the few places where I can actually think. With the world full of noise and distractions, its important to have a place to get some silence. The gym is that for me. Training is that activity for me. If this did not enter my life when it did, what a different life I'd live. I may not have everything yet, but I’m closer than I ever been before. All because of this place 💜

Combine the following: 1️⃣Training close to failure 2️⃣Controlling every rep in an exercise for a specific muscle 3️⃣Knowing what you’re training before hitting the gym Adding intensity on top of these 3… How do your workouts NOT elevate? You can workout ALL you want… You gotta get your diet in check. I hate using that word because “diet” sounds temporary, but you get what I’m saying. You can’t be eating terrible food and workout, thinking you’re gonna get the results you want. It doesn’t work like that. Results will come like 70/30, 70% nutrition, 30% training. Get your eating in order and you’ll be good 👊🏾 - Street 💜

What you think is the problem may not be.. Sometimes, we love to point the finger at others, thinking they’re the problem. Trust is.. It could be us. Failing to adapt. Failing to be objective. Not embracing being uncomfortable. For example, if you’re going on a trip, are you going to make the best food choices you can so you stay on track with your fitness goals? If not, then you shouldn’t complain about the results you didn’t work for.. When we look at ourselves in the mirror, those are the first steps we can take to truly being better in all areas of your life. Who wouldn’t want that? I know I do! One of my favorite supersets for growing my side delts 🔥 Chest Supported Lateral Raises - Got some great stability here where I can drive my chest into the bench and focus on bringing my arms up and out! Standing Lateral Raises - I have a bit of a forward lean while making sure I’m reaching out to the corners of the room! I always try to think of my hands as hooks, letting my side delts do the work!
