Fish cutlet.
Tender cutlets of fish and rice! You can use any fish to taste.
Ingredients:
Fish fillet — 600 g
Fig — 0,3 stack.

Water — 1 stack.
Green onion — 1 small bunch
Dill — 1 bunch
Flour or breadcrumbs — 3-4 tbsp.
Ground black pepper — to taste
Salt — to taste
Vegetable oil — for frying
Preparation:
1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt to taste, add rice and cook until tender. Fold the cooked rice in a colander and let it cool.
2. Mince (or chop in a food processor) the fish fillet and place the minced meat in a large bowl.
3. Break the egg into minced meat and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
4. Soak the bread in water, press and add to the bowl. There also put chopped dill, chopped green onion and cooked rice. Mix everything thoroughly.
5. Heat a frying pan with 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Form the cutlets with your hands soaked in water and roll them in flour or breadcrumbs.
6. Fry the cutlets on one side for about 5-8 minutes, then turn over to the other side and fry until cooked.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

Cream (Any fat content) — 200 ml
Dill (Fresh) — 1 bunch.
Wheat flour — 5 tablespoons
Vegetable oil — 25 ml
Salt
Black pepper (you Can use seasoning for fish)
Defrost mackerel, cut it into fillets, remove the skin.
Cut each half of the fillet into two parts. Roll in flour.
Fry the pieces on both sides for about 5-7 minutes.
Finely chop the dill. Take another small pan, pour the cream, boil with dill for 5 minutes until the cream thickens slightly, add salt, pepper (seasoning).
Put in the cream pieces of fried mackerel, boil on low heat for 5 minutes. Ready!
