Thank you ITV for the interview yesterday voicing our message, “Clear policy is required to bring U.K stores online like we see in European countries. The U.K needs to play catch up now as CCS is an essential part of becoming Net Zero. In the meantime Carbon Capture Scotland is expanding into live European carbon stores supported by South of Scotland Enterprise and our U.K partners.”
Department for Energy Security and Net Zero you are welcome to visit our European operations.
Carbon Capture Scotland has just been awarded a 7-year carbon removal contract by the Danish government, cumulatively worth over £10 million.
Eight figure contracts are big for any size of business but what excites us is the boost it gives to the CDR market. Massive congratulations to our team who secured this with a special mention to Raphael Pfaeltzer and Sanjay Parekh who are leading this market from a global spectrum. We are very proud to see Carbon Capture Scotland contracting in this space at this level with The Danish Government. 👏
