Here are a couple of tips to help you get the best results!
• Eat 6 oz of lean protein instead of 4 oz(women) 8 oz (men) -Use a food scale every time. The more you eat , the better your results - (Weigh protein after cooked!)
• If you’re hungry, have more protein or another shake. Listen to your body. But if you’re measuring properly, most likely you won’t be hungry.
• Drink a full gallon of water daily (128oz) - YOU CAN DO IT! It will get easier!
• You can use water or unsweetened almond milk OR coconut milk (I PREFER THE 30 CALORIE VANILLA UNSWEETENED) RECIPE IDEAS? - Search “shake” inside The X System Experience for a ton of delicious recipes. Fill the shaker to the 8 oz mark.
• The dairy options for the high proteins snack may sound delicious but use them sparingly, not every time for best results. A couple times during an 8 day at the most. Although they are on the shopping list, dairy can stall out results, especially for women.
• Start with only one Xyng (yellow cap - energy) and take with food! (Usually I will take it right when I am having my mid morning snack with water!)
• Please use me! I’m here to help. Check in often so I know what’s going on and can give suggestions for anything! You’re never bothering me. Read through your guidebook and remember to let Xander know you plan to start tomorrow so that he will know to start reminding you in the morning and keep you on a schedule! 🙂
•LAST BUT NOT LEAST!! Morning of DAY 3 will be the ONLY day you step on the scale besides morning of Day 9 (deal) - It is SO AWESOME to see the scale make the BIG transition rather than a little each day (I PROMISE)
