Day 1: loved the local fare at a local restaurant I stumbled on that roughly means as the chef serves her favorite two dishes from some of the places she’s visited. I found the yum but very dry, the (which seems to be a specialty here) with not really my thing but the from the Indian Menu was absolutely delish 😋 the ambiance was great too and the food was very affordable. BTW, I didn’t finish it all 😉 oh, and I had the from a street vendor before lunch, which is not crispy like the Thai version, and is more like a jiggly pancake but it was also good, maybe because I was starving. 🙃
