Brad Nuckles was a transcendent player during his outstanding career. He played at Council High School from 1998-2002, playing for the legendary Rick Goodman and alongside other greats players. His accomplishments range from 2,000 point scorer, state champion, state player of the year, the list could go on and on. The group of guys that he played with had a movie-like journey. Tim Hayes called it a "Hoosier" run like the 1980s movie. The pandemonium atmosphere that the tiny community of Council provided at these games both at home and on the road is hard to imagine in today's time. Listen in as he recounts stories against his bitter rivals, the Haysi and Honaker Tigers. Brad answers controversial questions in this honest take on his and his team's run in the early 2000s. This is a must listen for anybody who loves SWVA basketball!
