It's a karstic wonderland - with stunning limestone cliffs! Thailand's Phi Phi Don Island is located between the large island of Phuket and the Straits of Malacca. This was an area that was inundated during the by the Indian Ocean tsunami of December 2004.

Aerial view of the incredible Damara Mountains in Namibia - for all those who like in particular tectonics with plenty of tight folds.
600 to 400 million years old marine sedimentary rocks (mainly turbidites) were tilted and folded during a mountain building episode, when the supercontinent Gondwana was formed (width of view is around 5 km / 3.1 mi).

Incredibly beautiful shot in California ๐ฒ๐
Discovered accidentally by a farmer in Namibia Africa, the Hoba meteorite remains a mysterious marvel. This mammoth slab of iron, weighing a staggering 60 tons, is Earth's largest natural chunk of iron. It's estimated to have impacted our planet some 80,000 years ago, and one of the most fascinating aspects of the meteorite is that it left no impact crater, despite its immense size.

Here, we see a fault propagation fold in the Yeso Formation at the Quebradas Back Country Byway, which is east of the Rio Grande between Socorro and San Antonio, New Mexico.
The outcrop has multiple faults, and it will be amazing to explore it.

Aerial shot of earth pyramids in South Tyrol, Italy.
Earth pyramids are a special phenomenon of erosion. The slim rock cones (up to 15 m high) have been formed by rainwater washing away from a mixture of huge rocks, sand and clay deposited by glaciers during the Ice Age. The bolders protect the cones from erosion until they tumble.
Wild Wednesday
This rock formation is the CLOSEST figure I have found to show how the "pipes / chimneys" run through the mine.
The difference at my mine is that the "walls" of the pipe are Amethyst, with Copper material inside.
EDIT - NOT A TREE - LOL
