We've got an important announcement to share with you.

From the 3rd of March we are open every Friday afternoon for lunch! We offer both an extensive lunch and a business lunch.

Reservations can be made online, via our website, or you can press the link below.

Vanaf vrijdag 3 maart zullen wij elke vrijdag-middag geopend zijn voor lunch! Wij bieden zowel een gastronomische lunch & een zakenlunch aan.

One of the persons who inspires us the most is Lothar Vilz. The farmer who only works artisan, without any machines, has perfected his special Limousin cattle.

Located in Büllingen - in between Liege and Koblenz, in the beautifull nature - is where is farm is. He sprayed a special kind of algae to create a biodiversity at his farm. He has seven different kinds of grass, and a whole bunch of flowers in the field which all has their own utility. Nettle for example cleansed the blood of the cows and the flowers purify the nitrogen in the air. At the moment he owns 136 cows, knows them all by name and knows the pedigree of every single cow by his head.

You are only able to work with him when you take the whole cow. You need to make a sauce with the bones and organs, so the animal got the respect that it deserves.

We love his passion and are beyond proud to be able to work with Lothar. Next week, when we change the menu again, his Limousin will be back on the menu.

The term 'no waste' is something we value a lot. Here we re-use our used coffee pads from . We use the coffeepowder as a natural compost and against snails, so they don't eat our plants, since they don't like the coffee.

Our house gin(-tonic) is from a Belgian winery; Wijndomein Kitsberg. This gin is made with their Pinot Blanc grape must. Topped of with flowers from the garden, ice from .icecubescompany and tonic from .

Henry de Vaugency x Ember

A collaboration between us and this great family winery in Oger, Champagne. Now the 8th generation of the family is in charge; Delphine & Pascal. Our Champagne is classified as Grand Cru, 100% Chardonnay and a blend of the vintages 2016 & 2017. We hope to serve you a glass soon, or discover one of their other cuvée’s on the winelist.
