"One of the Archangels is Uriel. This archangel is in charge of the different aspects of creation. 'Ur' means light in Hebrew, so Uriel means 'the light of God', which describes the spiritual light, not the physical light.

You, the soul, is a being of light. When you invoke, you have access to divine light. If you are interested in your spiritual developement, you can pray to the Archangel Uriel for spiritual light. This spiritual light can mean enlightenment, self-realization or to have a better understanding of a certain subject. When you see the light, this is because of the help of angelic beings that help you on your spiritual journey."

"When you do breathing exercises you are making your energy centers spin faster. Just imagine their propellers. When the propeller spins slowly it can bring less air. If it spins faster, more air. So, to a child, their chakras are spinning fast, but because of stress, bad food, pollution, etc., over time it slows down. That’s what you call aging."

"The software is your consciousness, the hardware is your body. You might be a very spiritually evolved soul but if the physical body lacks the ability to catch up, then the body gets overwhelmed and gets sick. If you have a lot of gold biosynthetic chi, as this gold circulates throughout to your entire aura and chakras, your body becomes more golden, making your body healthier and not getting tired as much."

According to Esoteric Astrology, 12 Full Moon festivals are celebrated every year. The most significant of these full moons are the Aries, Ta**us and Gemini Full Moons.

Aries falls at the occasion of Easter, also known as ‘Festival of the Christ.’ It is connected with the Love aspect of God and serves as an opportunity to purify before the Wesak, which is the Full Moon of Ta**us.

Many ceremonies and festivals have been developed around the energies of Aries, from Jewish Passover and Christian Easter to Ostara in Scandinavia, and Balinese Nyepi.

If we look at the essence behind these festivals, we find purification, renewal and a fresh start at the core of all. There is great emphasis on a fresh start, a new beginning, a new life.

Easter incorporates all of the elements of Aries, namely change, a new start, removing of the old in order to bring in the new, and purification. The resurrection from the tomb of matter and the concept of being ‘born again’ echoes the Aries energy of a ‘new life‘, a fresh start into a new, expanded awareness of being.

Therefore, it is highly important to accept the energies of purification and renewal with full receptivity and take this one month until the Wesak Full Moon as an opportunity to prepare ourselves to become instruments of service to mankind through the Wesak Meditation.

A fourteen-year-old boy was diagnosed with visual impairment in his right eye since birth. Other symptoms included blurred vision, dry eyes, and headache. Pranic Healing was applied.

On completion of 50 Pranic Healing sessions, it was found that his unaided visual acuity improved in both eyes with the right eye showing significant improvement. The dryness in the eye, eye pain and headache were healed.

The Twin hearts meditation will help us achieve peace, strength and hope. This meditation for peace and hope is a guided meditation with no religious implications and is open to people of all faiths and walks of life. It doesn't require any previous experience with meditation. It helps relieve stress, anxiety and other negative emotions and increases peace, love, hope, happiness and other positive emotions within. It also has effects on bettering cognitive performance. As a result of all this there is better physical health too.

We will also be having discussions on some interesting topics that relate to our health, finances and emotional wellbeing. These discussions are meant to help us better understand our life and enhance it for greater success.
