Jesus taught at the temple yesterday, Preaching the word of God while the priests tried to get him killed. This Holy Week is a remembrance of the last week of Jesus Christ in Jerusalem.

Today is 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 and this is the day that — 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆

We can see it in, 𝐋𝐮𝐤𝐞 𝟐𝟐:𝟏-𝟔 (𝐍𝐈𝐕) — "Now the Festival of Unleavened Bread, called the Passover, was approaching, 2 and the chief priests and the teachers of the law were looking for some way to get rid of Jesus, for they were afraid of the people. 3 Then Satan entered Judas, called Iscariot, one of the Twelve. 4 And Judas went to the chief priests and the officers of the temple guard and discussed with them how he might betray Jesus. 5 They were delighted and agreed to give him money. 6 He consented, and watched for an opportunity to hand Jesus over to them when no crowd was present."

This day is when Judas makes a deal with the priests to kill Jesus. Judas one of the twelve disciples of Jesus, agrees to hand Jesus to them for thirty pieces of silver...

Today is 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, and this is the day that — 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲

We can see it in, 𝐋𝐮𝐤𝐞 𝟐𝟎:𝟏-𝟖 (𝐍𝐈𝐕) — "One day as Jesus was teaching the people in the temple courts and proclaiming the good news, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, together with the elders, came up to him. 2 'Tell us by what authority you are doing these things,” they said. “Who gave you this authority?'

3 He replied, 'I will also ask you a question. Tell me: 4 John’s baptism—was it from heaven, or of human origin?'

5 They discussed it among themselves and said, 'If we say, ‘From heaven,’ he will ask, ‘Why didn’t you believe him?’ 6 But if we say, ‘Of human origin,’ all the people will stone us because they are persuaded that John was a prophet.'

7 So they answered, “We don’t know where it was from.”

8 Jesus said, 'Neither will I tell you by what authority I am doing these things.'"

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘑𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘴 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘛𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘴 "𝘓𝘶𝘬𝘦 20:1—21:4"

Jesus preached the word of God at the temple of Jerusalem. The priest tries to catch him saying words that can kill Jesus, but Jesus knows what they are up to and tells them the true nature of the priest back in the day. Jesus wants them to be saved, but their hearts are too hard to accept the word and truth...

Today is 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, and this is the day that — 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲

We can see it in, 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝟐𝟏:𝟏𝟐:𝟏𝟕 (𝐍𝐈𝐕) — "12 Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. 13 “It is written,” he said to them, “‘My house will be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’” 14 The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them. 15 But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple courts, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant. 16 “Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him.

“Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read,
“‘From the lips of children and infants
you, Lord, have called forth your praise’?”

17 And he left them and went out of the city to Bethany, where he spent the night."

Jesus gets Angry at the people who made the Sacred Temple a bargain for people. Jesus wanted to keep the people's Holiness by going to the temple and praying for God, but the people in Jerusalem were slowly consumed by their worldly needs and didn't give respect to the temple which led them to make it a market that was once supposed to be a Sacred place...
