Hey girls and guys. Much love 💕 and appreciation for following Kay’s Kitchen.
My aim is to make this page fun, creative, mouthwatering, tasty, inspirational, educational, sociable, virtual..... and anything and everything else you would expect a ‘bit of a foodie’ page to be in these unusual times!
This is completely new for me, so your thoughts, ideas and input would be amazing!
So....... that big unanswered question, what came first, the chicken 🐓 or the egg 🥚 ?
Much like the soul in me for my love of music 🎵 and dancing 💃(I often rock out some moves in the comfort of my own kitchen on a Friday/Saturday night 🤫) and my palette and passion for different cuisines, dining and cooking 🥘, this soon all blended into one and became a weekly occurrence (after a few little glasses of my fave tipple 🥂 of course and listening to some tunes on the Jukebox) I now can’t fathom what brought me to the kitchen in the first place..... the sound of the music, that beat leading me to the kitchen dance floor for a boogie and sneaky top up or the sound of my tummy rumbling, urging me to have a peak in the fridge and then without thinking, concocting a new dish. Regardless, the two have combined and those evenings have become my top fave nights. The ones I look forward to all week and am able to share with my beloved friends and family when they visit. The perfect 👌🏼 combo! At this time especially, I would like to continue to share this when the unthinkable has taken that all away. Cooking for one is not so fun. So, I question, what really did come first?
