Okaaaay, so, we asked, you responded, we listened, and here’s a list of what’s coming soon to the app:
First up is the final 4 workouts of the 20min Summer HIIT Plan, then…
- Strength Plan Vol.3 (kicks off Mon 12th Aug)
- Abs 100 (these will be live asap!)
- 300 Series (5 new workouts to be added)
- New kettlebell & boxing/fight classes
- Summer Shred Plan 2024! Now we may have missed the summer by the time filming starts, buuuut it doesn’t mean we can’t still get it done…better late than never! Filming will start straight after the Strength Plan is finished, hope that’s ok??

For anyone who’s looking to download workouts so they can use the videos without WiFi etc, here’s a quick look at how you do it….
1. Select the 3 dots at the top
2. Tap on “Download for later”
3. You’ll see the workout downloading…
4. From there a new “Downloads” folder will appear at the top of your workouts page, the workouts will be in there. Easy.
