Do not worry about tests, setbacks and chaos. Often you will experience these on your journey So if you expected it to be all love, light and unicorns you may think you're doing it wrong when something "negative" happens to you. But you're not. It's all perfect for your journey. A classic example is losing things such as your job or certain people, but this is just the universe making room for the new.
I have been wanting peace and unconditional love. But what happened was persecution and hatred towards me. Now I see that I could only achieve true peace because of me forgiving them and me loving others unconditionally. So what I perceived as a negative episode in my life was actually a blessing and was exactly what I needed to achieve my dream of peace and unconditional love.

I have changed the name of this page. It feels like a more precise reflection. The content remains the same. I will share any wisdom that comes through and I will continue to collate the best meditations that I find All my content is free.
