Today starts the grind for writing my dissertation! My topic question is “Does hip flexibility have an impact on speed in ice hockey?”. 🏒

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I am about to graduate from university with a Sports Therapy degree.

I offer a range of services including:

- Sports Massage
- Injury assessment and evaluation
- Rehabilitation from injury
- Concussion assessments
- Pitch side first aid
- Sports taping
- Joint mobilisations

I have a wide range of experience, from a clinical setting to providing pitch side support. I have provided massages to runners of the London Marathon in support of MNDA, worked with athletes from Slough Jets Ice Hockey and many more.

I use a holistic approach when treating patients, guiding them through their journey, whether it’s returning to play from injury or just getting regular sports massages!
