It was very recent that Valorant has published this leak about a new agent. Here is the theory about it
If you notice the vowels are removed from the names

In their previous cinematic trailer of duality, they explained how there is two dimensions, two universes (good and evil)

Omen which is in the center of the logo of the new agent does not seem to have two sides or exist in two universes which may indicate that this new champion is one-sided just like Omen and could be from the evil world because of the banner that showed his logo on the portal that takes them from dimension A to dimension B

Also on this image on the bottom left it is city name (Bhutan) in India, which might indicate that the new agent might be from India
The cinematic trailer took place in Bind which is in Morroco and could be related to Cypher past in a way

This new agent seems to have the ability to disable grenades, bombs, etc of other agents and hack into data and change it just as we saw on the Official Valorant page where it seemed like someone took over the page of Valorant, why Raze? Not honestly sure but in the future it could be that other agent's pictures might take on the page.
